Returns and Refund Policy

*Important note

Each product has a different size chart, so please check the size chart carefully before ordering. We cannot refund and change another one if you chose the wrong size or color.

Exchanges

All of our products are custom-made. If you wish to amend your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will not be responsible for any information wrong if you don’t provide us within 24 hours.

Replacements

– If we ship you the wrong item or size, we will send a replacement to you. You must send pictures of the damaged or incorrect item.
– If an order is lost in transit, we will replace it. You will be provided a tracking number and this is what we use to determine if an order has been lost in transit or delivered.
– If you provide the wrong address, and your order is returned to us by the mail carrier, we can reship your order for a reshipping fee.
NOTE: We always priorly solve for replacement orders, and of course, YOU DON’T NEED TO RETURN THE ITEM(S).

Return Shipping Costs

If you return an item and the reason for return is not a result of a Kemko error, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless your item qualifies for a free return.

You will ship the item on your own, you’ll pay the carrier at the time you ship your return with $23,50 if using USPS. If the reason for return is not a result of a Kemko error, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless your item qualifies for a free return.

Refunds

Below are a few reasons you will get a full refund:

– Duplicate order, we will cancel and refund one for you.

– Your item(s) has not received within 30 days

– You received a damaged/faulty item, we will priorly solve for replacement orders and you do not need to return item(s).

– If you still want to refund, we will process the store credit or refund once we receive the returned item(s).
